What's a "harley" page doing here??  well, i guess we're "late bloomers" - but just about 5 years ago, we decided to take the motorcycle beginners safety course and get a harley - and it's just too much fun!!

Bob has always wanted to ride a Harley - and me, well, never really thought about it, I guess, but at age 55, hey, what the heck - why not??  So we got a 1998 Sportster - what a hoot!

Bob, all decked out for Christmas                   Carol, trying to figure out how to back
the damn thing out of the carport without
                                                                    hitting the car.

Two years later, Bob got his way, and we upgraded to a 2002 Dyna Super Sport!

Dec., 2002, the annual Toy Run, sponsored
by Jim's Harley Davidson, St. Petersburg, FL.  A veritable "MOUNTAIN OF TOYS"  and "MOUNTAIN OF FOOD", all donated by the riders - over 2000 bikes this year - quite a thrilling ride.
